| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact states there is a nhtsa recall, campaign 04v332000 regarding the front coil springs. the vehicle has the same problems as indicated in the recall; however, it is not included in the recall due to the vin. *ak updated 1/25/2006 - while pulling out of a driveway one of the tires on the vehicle blewout. the tire was replaced with the spare and the vehicle was taken to the nearest garage. it was determined at that time that the coil spring broke and punctured the tire. the strut and sway bar were also damaged. the dealer informed the consumer that a recall was not issued but rather an extended warranty program. *nm |
