| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the contact stated when coming to a stop the vehicle had no power brakes or power steering. the contact was able to get the vehicle to slow down by standing on and depressing the brake pedal. the contact was traveling on an incline and this helped the vehicle to come to a complete stop. the vehicle was taken to a certified dealership for inspection. the service personal were able to inspect the vehicle and determined that the hydro boost pump failed. the vehicle was repaired. *ak |
