| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated the brakes on the vehicle are not working properly. when applying the brakes, the rear brakes do not work. the vehicle was taken to the dealership to determine what the problem. the dealership adjusted the rear brakes and explained the vehicle was repaired. after driving the vehicle for a period of time, it is experiencing the same problems with the brakes. the vehicle was taken in a second time for repairs to be made. at that time the drums were turned. the vehicle was driven again for a period of time, while still experiencing the same problems with the brakes. the vehicle was taken back a third time and at this time the dealership is unable to duplicate the problem. *nm |
