| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated upon purchase of the vehicle the check engine light, the traction control light and the tcs light illuminated on the dashboard. also, while attempting to put the vehicle in park, the drive and park lights illuminated. upon inspection the dealership determined the sensor needed to be replaced. four days later while pulling into the driveway the vehicle accelerated without warning and crashed through a fence and into a boulder. although seat belts were worn and the air bags deployed, the driver and passenger sustained injuries. the vehicle was totaled. there was property damage and a police report was filed. |
