Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Rear differential failure during normal driving. vehicle had 9,000 miles. upon taking a right turn a loud clank was heard by myself and passengers from the rear of the vehicle. on my way home i realized that one tire was not maintaining traction even through slow turns, and the clanking recurred every so often. took vehicle to the dealer the next day and he agreed that rear differential would be replaced. they did an excellent job of replacing the unit in 8 days, however it was a major inconvenience to be without the car for that period.*ak |
