| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The current description has to do with mechanical defects: i leased a brand new 2005 nissan murano in april 2005, and in august of that year the car had major mechanical malfunctions that included: abs light came on , internal failure of abs actuator, and right front abs sensor, engine probelms with loss of power, and acceleration . nono current through pin connectors. had to replace ecm. engine light came on , internal failure to throttle body, all wheel drive light came on. they replaced the alternator, i also had internal failure of a/c amplifier. my car was in the shop from 8/5/05 - 9/13/05 a total of 39 days! i called nissan about complying with the lemon law and to now they have declined to cooperate. i am currently seeking legal representation in this matter.*ak |
