Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while driving 30mph thick dust blew out from the air conditioner. afterwards the air conditioner only worked a few minutes before quitting. the vehicle was driven to the dealership. upon inspection the dealership found the heater core had ruptured. the dust that came from the air conditioner was the freon. both the heater core and freon need to be replaced. the repairs have not been made.
