Was Vehicle Towed: -	Description of the Complaints: Safety 1st brand infant car seat. the belt comes off very easily from the back of the seat without anyone knowing. its the type of the hook that makes the belt come off. my child has come out of the seat several times and got hurt. i just found this site to report this. but this happened several months ago. if you need more detail, you can get in touch with me by calling me. the actual model # is 22 390 vin and the date is 3/12/2004 og2b. i will punch a different model number at the end of this complaint for you to receive my message. but disregard that type of the model that this site asks me at the end . because i did not find my actual model number therefore i wrote it in this letter section. thanks. *jb
