Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I would like to inform you that the windshield washer spray nozzle does not direct the fluid properly on the windshield. this is especially true for the passenger side of the vehicle. when spraying the washer fluid it hits very low on the windshield and does not allow any fluid to the upper half the glass. in fact it will hit the wiper arm first and this then blocks any additional fluid to hit during the first pass. also note the following observations. that when you driving at highway speed, the air flow over the hood directs the fluid to the lower half on both sides. this is dangerous during winter driving with snow and ice falling and on the road. placement of the nozzles are in the wrong location. they get blocked by snow and ice. this also becomes a safety hazard. i have taken the vehicle in and they said nothing can be done about it. ''the nozzles can not be adjusted''. this is unacceptable. i do not know how many complaints you have received about this situation but from what i have seen on various web forums i am not the only one with this problem. are you aware of the problem and is their a fix for this problem?*jb |
