| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was driving (in area where apparently a lot of accidents happen at this particular intersection) and i came to a stop sign - could only turn right or left...looked left - saw no one, then looked right - saw a truck way in the distance...so i accelerated to make a left turn and boom! i was hit on the drivers side (the side where i saw no one) - never saw it coming, car was completely totaled, and my left clavicle was broken in 5 places. side air bag never deployed, front air bag never deployed and not sure if i hit my head...but i lost consciousness for a little while. i didn't think to report it - nor did i realize that it was a problem, until now when i'm researching cars and saw that someone else had this same incident/problem. i will call toyota and report it asap. *jb |
