| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: About 6 months after i purchased my new vehicle my leather began to buckle and had a vein-like appearance. i have talk to the warranty department for honda who indicates this is "clearly a material defect". when i took the vehicle to the dealership to address the problem, i was told it would take months to get the new seats. i then took it to another dealership who told me that i need to condition the leather so the buckling was my fault. *jb |
