| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On my mazda mpv, the driver's side sliding door exterior handle detached from the back connection to the door and then completely came off in my hand on the following opening. now the entire exterior door handle is missing. to correct this issue, i went to the original dealer. i was told this was a part that was not even stocked at the dealer and would need special order. it was recommended to me to search for the part myself. in doing so, i have found that hundreds of others are also searching for exterior door handles to the sliding doors on the mazda mpv van. this is a manufacturing error, not a consumer error. *nm |
