| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 1-rusting & flaking of rear brake rotors at 13,482 miles ny state and gm inspection done at13,460 miles 2-rear brake failure 3-two gm dealers refused to repair under warranty third gm rep states this is normal wear (not covered) rotors have large pits and crevices up to 2"long and 1/2"wide in multiple locations on both rear rotors/ had too be replaced gm refused too cover cost i have old parts and pictures of rotors on vehicle. *nm |
