Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Noticed vehicle vibration at 45 mph like tire out of round. at 55 mph and greater, vibration felt like tire out of balance. gm tells me problem is normal, will not correct. gm calls the problem "beaming", and suggests placing 500 lbs in bed of truck. tried this and vibration still exists. truck shakes so bad at 65 mph that it is unstable in curves, making it difficult to handle. the vehicle cannot continue to be reliable with this continuous vibration eating away at the suspension system. the vehicle now has developed a harmonic noise at 45 mph and less, which the dealer tells me is also normal and will not repair. *nm |
