Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Put my car in service just 3 days before my trip. i was 700 miles from home when my car just shut down. i was stuck on saturday with no chrysler service stations open until monday. in the end car was reading 1/4 tank but was actually empty. i rented a car to continue my travel while they worked on my car. took all week and they still didn't complete fixing it. picked it up on my way back home and it took over 3 weeks to fix once back home. replaced fuel level sending unit, this did not work. replaced bcm unit and replaced, did not work. in the end had to replace the fuel pump, fuel modl kit, and tank sublet repair. *nm
