| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Vehicle goes into abs mode at slow speed stop. on dry driveway almost ran into my own door. took the vehicle to the chevrolet dealer and brake system was inspected. found it necessary to replace both front speed sensors. also had to replace 1 broken caliper bolt as necessary. total cost $697.47. recall was issued for 1.35 million trucks and suvs for brake sensors. our truck being a 1999 tahoe was not covered. all other chevy trucks were. *jb |
