Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: We received a recall letter from nissan on a seat problem on our 2005 quest [xxx] launched in october 2005. here it is end of march 2006 and i have not been able to get the defect repaired because of lack of availability of parts for my vehicle. i have called both the local dealer and the corporate office of nissan and so far nobody has been able to tell me when the part will come in. the corporate office has not returned repeated requests for return calls. when i call i was given a file number of [xxx] and was supposed to get a call from a "specialist" named ronnie but i am still waiting. *nm updated 07/16/2012 *js information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6)
