| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The child safety seat straps come out of the back of the seat during use. the seat was manufactured by dorel juvenile group 9/09/2004 and is not affected by their recent recall in may 05. the model # is 22-626-bgl. i have called the company multiple times and cannot get through to a person or any automated system that will help me with this problem. the seat is absolutely unusable as the straps just slide out from the back. *nm |
