| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Experiencing a very loud buzzing noise in the speakers. problems started back in july of 05' @7600 miles. noise would be intermittent - dealer replaced 1st set of rear speakers. 4 days later vehicle battery ran down while sitting in the garage. i charged battery and drove vehicle to a drive-in movie where battery ran down again, with-in the course of a two hour movie. took vehicle back to dealership the next day - tested system and no problems found. 10 days later @8500 miles vehicle would not stop buzzing - the buzzing noise was so loud, that the kids were complaining that it was hurting their ears. --only way to stop noise was to speed vehicle up or let off the gas pedal. -- service department replaced both rear speakers again and the active noise control unit. appeared that problem was fixed until it started again in dec. of 05' at 12500- shop replaced lt. front speaker. it has made the loud buzzing noise again - but unable to duplicate while in shop. *nm |
