Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The defogger wires in the rear window reflect headlights and glare from behind the vehicle. it creates a prism effect, with 10-12 lines showing both above and below each and every headlight or bright light source behind the vehicle. the image you see in your rear-view mirror is false, misleading and distracting. changing tint and/or mirror does not affect the problem. the rear windows need to be replaced with a different design that includes defogger wires that have a non-reflective surface. *jb |
