| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Brand new 2006 lincoln zephyr. electric doors do not lock until a speed of 15-18 mph is reached. ford's manual states: "doors lock at 12 mph". dealer could not fix it. contacted ford. they consider it a "non issue" and closed the file. i find this a safety hazard since it takes a long time in busy commute traffic to gain this speed. *nm |
