| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Problem with tires deflating noted after three years. problem was with the chrome plated wheels that came with the top of the range grand voyager. it transpired to be corrosion of the valve seat, with air escaping around the valve. in the end needed to pump up the tires each day. manufacturer contacted several times but they said there was nothing they would do because it was out of warranty, and that the manufacturers extended warranty did not cover wheels. they were not even concerned about the safety issue i raised. *nm |
