| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Intermittent grinding noise from front and rear brakes, associated with delayed stopping and brake feeling "soft". dealer stated "gravel in brakes". unable to reproduce at dealers. multiple trips to dealer and finally reproduced. informed that was caused by faulty brake pads and honda needed to develop improved pads. 9 months before dealer informed me that new pads were available, despite multiple calls and visits to the dealer. all four pads and rotors replaced. it feels like a new braking system. *jb |
