| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Load wind noise from both front doors, sticking of automatic sliding doors and faulty weather stripping both sliding doors. multiple trips to dealer. both front doors mounted incorrectly resulting in improper seal. mechanism for both sliding doors replaced due to faulty parts. weather stripping replaced lower part of both sliders replaced and already starting to fail again-pulling away from base board. after many trips to dealer door issues repaired and the van is finally quiet again. *jb |
