| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: In august 2005, passenger side power window regulator failed (lower pulley broke allowing cable to become entangled around motor drum). window fell within door housing and i had to drive vehicle with no side window in a downpour to the dealer. vehicle had approx. 42k miles. dealer refused to repair under warranty in that vehicle has > 36k miles. in may 2006, drivers side power window regulator failed, with the same symptoms. both repairs were funded out of my pocket. *nm |
