Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Land rover 2001 discovery ii... i have illumination of hill descent control, abs, traction control dash warning lights... caused by a malfunctioning sensor or modulator...dealers don't even know what it is. web search shows this to be a common problem with this vehicle, with a very costly expense to repair and dealers are replacing modulators at a $2000 plus cost and the problem doesn't go away! i have loss of traction control, anti-lock brakes still work...don't know about hill descent control. no consequences yet, no repairs yet...hope there will be a recall...can't afford to have vehicle repaired and it's no longer under warranty. *jb
