| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Drivers seat frame has broken 4 times and seat rocks back and forth. i have had the seat replaced 3 times, the last time i was told a new part number would be installed, when i claimed the vehicle, i found the same part number was put in and that one failed. twice in the past 7 months i requested they order the new part, they agreed and each time i went in to inquire about the status of my request, they said they have no record of my requesting the part. at this time the mileage is now out of warranty. *jb |
