| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated while driving a company garbage truck at 45mph another vehicle pulled out in front of the truck. after swerving to avoid a collision the vehicle crashed into a semi-truck. the driver was thrown from the vehicle and was pronounced deceased at the scene. the contact's son was driving the garbage truck. there was a police report filed and the fire department was alerted as a precaution. two hours before the crash the contact was informed the brakes were malfunctioning. the contact does not know if the vehicle was inspected. |
