| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I brought my vehicle to my dealer to get an oil change done, and i was informed that my gasket that controls my gas was cracked, and it had to be replaced. i was charged $460.00, and i was never shown the old part. i don't even know if there really was a problem considering the fact that every time i bring my car to get an oil change, a "problem" usually occurs, according to them, but no part is ever shown to me. *jb |
