| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: i purchased a 2000 dodge intrepid from gary smith ford of fort walton beach in early june 2005. every since the day i purchased it, the vehicle has been overheating and breaking down intermittently. in the first month of ownership the vehicle was in the playground automotive repair shop (fort walton beach, fl) a total of 16 days. the repair shop kept stating they could not find anything wrong with the vehicle. the 2000 dodge intrepid has continued to overheat and breakdown sometimes in heavy traffic and numerous accidents have been narrowly averted. gary smith ford has been no assistance in correcting this problem and they have told me it's my problem not theirs. what are my options at this point? *jb |
