| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated, on 12/05/05, all forms and receipts were turned in to the manufacturer for reimbursement of a defect repair performed prior to the recall. the component for the recall was the speed sensor. the customer service department of the manufacturer was scheduled to follow up with instruction for the reimbursement process in two business days. there has been no follow up from the manufacturer and the contact has made 5 attempts to obtain the status of the reimbursement on the recall remedy repair prior to the campaign. updated 8/16/2006 - the consumer has received reimbursement. *nm |
