| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated that while driving the air conditioner stopped working and lost the entire freon air conditioning condenser. the vehicle was taken to a service dealer, where the dealer informed the contact that the problem was a factory defect. the dealer determined that the condenser should have four bolts instead of the three that were on the vehicle. the bolt pattern also caused the weld to crack on the condenser. as a result, the freon escaped, and the air conditioning lost power. a complaint was also filed with the manufacturer. *ak |
