| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I am experiencing the issue of the seat back reclining unexpectedly. it was serviced at our local dodge dealer, pursuant to the recall of the recliner bolt. however this did not remedy the situation, as the seat back still reclines on it's own, and has occurred several times while driving. the service tech's at our local dealer did a diagnosis prior to my finding out about the recall, and claimed there was a problem with the seat track. i strongly feel that a new recall should be issued, because this issue may still exist with other intrepids that may have already had the recliner bolt serviced. |
