Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I bought a 2004 grand cherokee, special edition brand new. after 6000 miles i needed new front brake rotors because they were warped at 8000 miles i needed new rear brake rotors because they were warped. at 12000 miles i needed new front brake rotors again because they were warped at 14000 miles i needed new rear brake rotors because they were warped. all rotors were replaced with genuine jeep parts by a jeep dealership. now at 18100 miles i need new front and rear brake rotors because they are warped. i have to replace these rotors at my own expense. i believe that it is ridiculous to replace rotors every 4000 miles. it is a hazard, when i come to a stop, the entire front end shakes! *jb |
