| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Experienced delay in starting. engine took forever to turnover. diagnostic details revealed nothing wrong, in fact the car would start normally whenever the dealer tried. problem continued and after two trips to the dealership--they refused to believe that there was a problem--i was told to leave it overnight. they finally experienced the problem themselves. they pin-pointed the problem--the fuel pump was faulty. it was replaced under warranty and problem ceased. *jb |
