| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt*: the contact stated the contour of the seats were uncomfortable which created a problem for the contact medically; a pinch nerve. to drive the vehicle the contact had to seat very close to the steering wheel. the dealer and manufacturer were contacted who confirmed that there had been many complaints but there was no recall. the dealer determined the mechanicism at the bottom of the seat caused the problem. a mechanic with the dealership mentioned that the problem may be with the lumbar support. |
