| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The sliding doors on my van come open after they have been closed. i took it to be repaired twice and it is still not fixed then someone told me that the part that needed to be fixed had been recalled so i contacted honda and they said that my vehicle vin number did not fall into this recall even though it said all honda odysseys 1999-2001 my honda is a 2000. he said that i could have it repaired myself because this was a service bulletin not a recall anyway,that their parts don't last forever. the lady at the national highway traffic safety admin. auto safety hotline said that it was a recall and to contact this web site. *jb |
