| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We own a 2005 chrysler town & country touring van. at approximately 16000 we had a problem with the rack & pinion and ball joints. it was taken to a dealer that was suppose to have fixed the problem -- we have had problems with items in that area since then. we have enjoyed our vehicle except for this problem -- the latest incident is the tie rod end needs to be replaced and we were told that it would not be covered under the warranty. the vehicle has approximately 51,000 miles on it at this time. *nm |
