Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Brake pulsation and heavy vibration during normal braking. this is due to defective brake componets i.e. warping of rotors caused by heat friction from inferior metal and or manufacturing process. the class action suit filed against daimler/chrysler only covers vehicles that were under the standard warranty period. although d/c isn't admitting guilt, the proposed settlement will cover only those vehicles that qualify under their rules. the attorneys for the settlement class did not litigate a claim or even contest the rights of the class members who were not covered by the warranty when the failures occurred. all of the class members who had this problem need to be compensated for these repairs. your agency needs to take action and review all of the data and evidence that proves this is a serious issue, and either have a recall or ask d/c to repair all of the defective vehicles, before these parts totally fail and cause death or injury! *jb
