| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The climate control on my 1999 jeep grand cherokee will randomly create loud creaking and crunching noises from under the dash and will cause a sudden drastic temperature change. this causes the defroster not to operate correctly and the windows to instantly fog up. this first occurred in october of 2005 and has happened over a dozen times reducing my visibility sometimes to nothing at all. the dealer cannot find any problems and will not investigate any further. *jb |
