Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Rear window defrost system broken. the copper heating elements have peeled off the window leaving the system nonfunctional. dealer service states that the use of an ammonia-based cleaning product will cause the epoxy to dissolve and the copper elements to peel off. we did not use any cleaning product on the window prior to this problem; therefore, the problem is a manufacture defect. *nm |
