| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2002 grand cherokee unlimited (wj) blend door broken. creaking/groaning sounds coming from under dash. when heater is on, passenger side gets only cold air. first discovered in sept of 2005 while vehicle was below 36000. vehicle still within factory warranty (100,000). was told by dealer that the blender door was broken and not covered under warranty. cost to repair approx. $850.00. unsatisfactory since this seems to be a common problem with wj owners. we've been living with this problem for two years due to the cost of the repair. *jb |
