| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: This a complaint in regards to a 2002 ford taurus. i went to back out of the garage and noticed that my driver's side front tire was flat. upon removal of the tire, there was a gash made in it's side wall by the breaking of the driver's side front coil spring. i called ford and they said there was no recall on that part, even though i have heard of people experiencing the same failure. now, i am going to have to replace both springs, and replace a fairly new tire at my expense. *nm |
