| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: we purchased a 2001 grand cherokee limited from a local dealership with 50,000 miles in may of 2005. no heat from both passenger or drivers side vents. blend door hinges separated and inop. recirculation door also inoperable vehicle had 53,500 miles at this time. drivers seat heater failed at 65,000 miles. pcm failed at 75,000 miles and this was the only repair covered under warranty. the jeep now has 81,000 miles and we have had vibration and pedal pulsation from the front brakes three times since we purchased the vehicle. *jb |
