Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: On my 2001 jeep grand cherokee limited climate control is not functioning properly. no matter what the setting is, it blows cold air from some vents and hot from others. the repair cost is estimated around $1200. the brakes were almost causing a loss of control while driving down the mountain road. the truck would start shaking violently as i apply the brakes, to the point where the steering was not affecting the behavior of the truck. repair and part replacements cost $820. outrageous! *jb
