| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The window regulator assembly on our vehicle (2001 jeep grand cherokee) has broken on both the driver's side and passenger side windows. it costs us almost $600/window to repair. the part alone costs $330. we have never had this happen in any other vehicle we've owned, and we have owned other jeep vehicles, along with 25+ other cars. *jb |
