| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: 2001 jeep grand cherokee limited; the blend air door is broken. therefore, only cold air blows out of the passenger side of the car, including the defroster. keeping the car defrosted in certain winter conditions is difficult and dangerous. this is an ongoing problem and based on two jeep dealers that i have talked to (and various internet sites), this is a common problem and extremely expensive to repair. *jb |
