| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I own a 2001 chrysler 300m with a crack in the dashboard above the passenger's side airbag. it is now grown to about 9 inches long. chrysler refused to do anything because it was past the 3 year/36,000 warranty. it only has 60,000 miles on it now. when the crack appeared there was about 50,000 miles on it. i visited a chrysler forum on the internet and found out that there were many people having the same problem. why was there not a recall? go to www.topix.net/forum/autos/chrysler and scroll down to the topic dealer should repair crack in dash. the comments were currently at 120! *ak |
