| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: (1) none (2) the heater to my 2001 grand cherokee limited no longer functioned, only cold air flowed from the air vents regardless of the temperature selected. (3) i took the vehicle into a jeep dealership and they told me the blend doors were broken and needed to be replaced to fix the problem. the estimated cost was $1,400 and the extended warranty i bought from chrysler did not cover the problem. i am still saving up money so that i can have the repair done. this has caused great discomfort to myself and my passengers these past two winters. *jb |
