| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tl*the contact owns a britax marathon e9l06. in february 2005 the contact received a recall notice for both of the seats he owns. the manufacturer stated that those included in the recall would receive a free replacement kit to repair the failure. the contact spoke with the manufacturer twice, and has yet to receive the kits. the contact felt that the kits were unacceptable because the seats were very expensive. presently, the contact has still not received the kits. *ak |
